Picasa Web Albums
Google tends to do these things, to increase storage space and just quietly make it known days later, when the novelty is well implemented.
It has happened in Gmail and YouTube, and now in Picasa Web Albums.

The Google Image service offers unlimited storage space for images smaller than 800 pixels wide, and videos under 15 minutes long, although with limitations which covers a fairly broad and will certainly be a welcome development
